Claudia Pink || Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28/08/2026
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders, bookings, and use of the Claudia Pink
website. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Returns and Exchanges
All Claudia Pink pieces are handmade to order in our UK studio. Due to the bespoke nature
of our work, we cannot offer refunds on made-to-order or customised items.
If you are dissatisfied with your piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your
order. We will offer either:
• One alteration or adjustment to your piece, or
• A credit note for the full value of your order, redeemable against another item.
All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition. Return postage is the customerS
responsibility.
2. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and Apple Pay.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us
immediately. Once an item has been dispatched, a refund is only possible once the item is
returned in saleable condition.
3. Bespoke Work, Bookings, and Deposits
All bespoke work must be paid for in full before work begins.
As bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, all sales are final once work has
commenced. Please ensure all details are confirmed before proceeding.
For events, ceremonies, and gatherings:
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
If you cannot make the final payment, please contact us as soon as possible so alternative
arrangements can be discussed.
4. Event, Ceremony, and Gathering Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the agreed date, the deposit is forfeited and non-
refundable.
5. Cancellation by Claudia Pink
In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond
our control, you will be offered either:
• A full refund of all payments made, or
• A rescheduled date.
6. Postponement
Events may be postponed at our discretion, subject to availability. Deposits will be carried
over to the new date.
7. International Bookings
International bookings must be confirmed at least 8 weeks before the event date.
If cancelled within 4 weeks, the deposit is forfeited.
Claudia Pink does not purchase travel tickets on behalf of clients. Where we have
purchased our own travel tickets, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the ticket
cost exceeds the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the shortfall.
8. Shipping
All items are handmade to order. We aim to dispatch within 7 working days.
We do not offer a formal express or priority service. If you need your order urgently, please
contact us directly to discuss whether this is possible, any terms for this will be agreed with
you individually.

All orders are sent via tracked and signed-for services.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays,
customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We may photograph bespoke pieces for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. If
you prefer your piece not to be used, please let us know and we will respect your request.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by events outside our control,
including illness, natural disasters, courier strikes, customs issues, or other unforeseen
circumstances.
14. Amendments to These Terms
We may update prices, products, and these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders
placed after the update date.
15. International Duties, Taxes, and Billing Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes once they reach their
destination country outside of the UK. These charges are set by local customs authorities,
vary from country to country, and can apply regardless of the value of your order.
Duty-free thresholds have changed recently in a number of countries and continue to
change. We are unable to guarantee whether a particular order will be duty-free, and
customers are responsible for checking current regulations for their own country before
placing an order.
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are payable by the customer. Claudia Pink does not
cover these costs, including on orders sent with free shipping. Customs duties and taxes
are non-refundable.
If a courier or postal service returns an international order to us because delivery could not
be completed (for example, an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failure to collect),
the customer will be responsible for repeat delivery charges.
Any customs fees incurred when returning an order are the responsibility of the customer
unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault.
If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@claudiapink.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist.
International Billing
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please be aware that:
• Credit card providers may apply currency conversion fees
• Exchange rates may fluctuate
• The final amount billed to your card may differ slightly from the checkout total,
depending on your bank or card issuer
These variations are outside our control.
